Ms Elisa De Wit, a partner with Norton Rose, which is a global law firm headquartered in the UK, and their National practice manger for climate change. Ms. De Wit practices in the environmental and climate change field.

Mr. Tim Bowser (Commercialisation Manager), GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Tim Bowser is a long term employee of GSK Australia with a background in natural product chemistry R&D and pharmaceutical manufacture. His present role is as Commercialisation Manager in the global controlled drugs supply division of GSK Australia. In this role he is chair of a science committee that directs and prioritises science and technology deployed at a local level. This group is challenged with meeting the forward sustainability challenge in the natural product derived controlled drugs manufacturing environment starting from Australian agriculture through to the manufacture of pharmaceutical active compounds. Tim's previous role for 10 years was as Site Director for GSK's Port Fairy manufacturing facility.

Presentation Title: Sustainability Challenges in Health Care - From a Global Perspective to Local Action.

Mr. Greg Watkins, Manager Climate Change and Sustainability, Unimin Australia Limited. Mr. Watkins is an environmental practitioner with over 15 years experience across construction, manufacturing and mining/extractive industries. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Honours) Degree from the University of Wollongong, a Master of Engineering Science Degree from the University of NSW and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Greg is currently the Manager - Climate Change and Sustainability for industrial minerals producer Unimin Australia Limited; and has held this position for the past 5 years.

Presentation Title: How do you define sustainability in mining and extractive industries?

Description: For companies that extract non-renewable resources to provide raw materials, how do/can the principles of sustainability be applied.

Mr. Peter Dobney - Group Manager, Resources and Energy, Amcor. Mr. Dobney is responsible for managing energy supply contracts for Amcor Australasia (A position which he has held for 10 years). He is also responsible for Amcor's Resource Efficiency Program, managing energy, water and waste reduction for Amcor and reporting on energy use and greenhouse gas emissions to State and Federal Governments. He has represented Amcor's interests in discussions with the Federal Government of the design of the Emissions Trading Scheme. Mr. Dobney is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience in the design and construction of power plants and building services, having designed total energy systems for several of Australia's Antarctic bases. Peter is a Board Member of the Energy User's Association of Australia and was Chairman from 2000 to 2005 and 2008/09; on the Board of the EUAA since its inception; a member of the EUAA training subcommittee; represents the EUAA on the Australian Energy Market Commission's Participant's Advisory Panel; and is the EUAA representative to the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism's Energy Efficiency Skills Consultative Committee.
