European Joint Sales Force
Rotterdam, Harburg, Sweden and UK - The European Joint Sales Force (JSF) was founded by DGE, Beco and Delta-Simons in Copenhagen in February 2009, HPC joined in June 2009. The purpose of the JSF is to share clients, skills and knowledge between the Associates to broaden the client portfolio and strengthen the service offering.
In 2009 the JSF focused on client visits in the UK, Holland and Sweden and met clients with a European footprint. Due to the European recession the outcome in projects was modest but it was a success in terms of developing new contacts, improving existing relationships and building confidence that the JSF is an effective approach.
In 2009 the JSF also established a benchmark within the group for services in Energy and Climate, sharing tools and competence for energy reduction, carbon footprinting and other sustainability related services between Associates.
In 2010 the JSF changed its strategy and is now meeting with project managers in each Associate company, brainstorming opportunities, projects and clients and also improving knowledge about Inogen, the Associates, the services and clients within the Associate companies.
During a recent meeting at Beco's office in Rotterdam, within two hours the team had pulled together a list of approximately 40 opportunities to potentially work together, using joint resources and skill sets.
The team's next meeting will be at HPC's office in Harburg in June, and in autumn there will be meetings at DGE and Delta-Simons in the UK.
