Delta-Simons opens its first office in Scotland

Edinburgh, UK - Delta-Simons is delighted to announce the opening of its first office in Scotland. The new office based in Edinburgh forms part of Delta-Simons continued commitment to expand its geographical coverage across the UK and Ireland. Delta-Simons Scotland will be offering all of its core services to its existing customers in the property, petroleum, industrial and public sectors and will actively pursue new relationships and opportunities across Scotland and the Borders.

Gareth Pickles, Managing Director at Delta-Simons said:

"We are firmly committed to providing the highest levels of customer service and forming close and lasting partnerships with all our key customers and our new office will allow us to improve our client interface across Scotland. In the past 18 months, difficult trading conditions have been experienced across many of our client sectors but there can be no better way of supporting customers and strengthening client partnerships than being close at hand whenever needed. Edinburgh is a fabulous place to live and work and fits perfectly with our vision of opening further offices in Cathedral cities in key locations across the UK and Ireland for the benefit of both our clients and our staff."

Delta-Simons already has long-term working relationships with Inogen clients based in Scotland, including Swellfix in Aberdeen and Sun Microsystems (now Oracle).

Delta-Simons has delivered a number of notable projects across Scotland including Phoenix Retail Park Glasgow, Exchange Court, Edinburgh and Fife Leisure Park, for clients such as AEW Europe, AVIVA, Hermes, Aberdeen Property Investors and Tesco.
