Performance Measurements and Assessment

We will continuously assess program implementation and compliance with our environmental, health and safety management system to assure that processes are in place and working effectively. This will include risk-based monitoring, audits, internal self-assessments, and appropriate external assessments. We will use this information to improve our performance, reduce risk and further drive the continuous improvement cycle.

Develop a means or process, such as a protocol-based audit, to assess the implementation of the program elements.

Establish and track performance metrics to identify management system successes and areas for improvement.

Report, maintain and evaluate accident and incident information.

Communicate the findings and recommendations from measurements and assessments to senior management.
