A defined continuous improvement process must be integrated within the global assurance program to ensure the correction of program deficiencies and the ongoing improvement of our performance.
Implement a process for continuous improvement within the overall global assurance program and the specific elements of the program.
Utilize information gathered from Performance Measures and Assessment, Incident Management and other elements in strategic planning and decision making for the business.
Periodically review the program to ensure the continuous improvement activities are effective in improving the program.
Develop annual goals for continuous improvement within the business.
