Delta-Simons Growth and Expansion

Delta SimonsUnited Kingdom based Inogen Associate, Delta-Simons, celebrates a fantastic period of growth and expansion across multiple regions, service lines and recruitment.

The last 18 months has seen significant structural and operational progression at Delta-Simons.  The Lincoln based head office moved to a more modern and suitable office space in late 2013, heralding the beginning of this exciting period. Further changes to existing office locations with a move for the Durham office to larger premises and expansion of the team, along with the addition of new staff in the Norwich office has followed.
Structural changes in late 2014 allowed a critical review and amendment of the company's business strategy, which has resulted in opening of new regional offices in Leeds (January 2015) and Manchester (March 2015) with each taking on new key managers with significant experience in the industry, and strong technical & commercial reputation to give both offices an immediate advantage to win and deliver a high standard and volume of work.  As part of planned growth, a London office will also be launched in May 2015, with the business leader already identified and recruited for this new exciting initiative.

As of March 2015, employee numbers have increased by 32% over this period, with plans to make other key hires to bring highly experienced industry professionals into the company as well as providing positions for graduates to gain a foot hold and start out in the highly competitive property and environmental consultancy sectors.

New services lines including Environmental Planning & Development and Bathing Water Quality testing; and increased opportunities in relation to the EU Energy Efficiency Directive; allow Delta-Simons to grow its existing and currently expanding client base, targeting specialist sub-sections of the industry and providing an edge throughout national and European markets.

All these changes reflect the growing capacity for Delta-Simons to deliver work across the United Kingdom and across Europe via the Inogen Environmental Alliance. For more information about Delta-Simons or to see their expanded service offering, please visit or contact
