| Our Associates and Members The foundation of the Inogen Environmental Alliance is our Associate network. Our Associates are all successful, independent operating companies in the geographic regions they serve. Together by choice, Associates are committed to the core principles of Inogen, and have as their goal to become the dominant EHS service provider to the multinational organisations in their respective geography. In addition, a key element of the Inogen Alliance is our GlobalNetEHS membership. As a second tier service network, GlobalNetEHS members work under the direction of an Associate and bring to Inogen a broad range of niche service areas and geographies. These unique capabilities further define and differentiate Inogen, enhancing the value we bring to our multinational clients. AES-DISAB  AES-DISAB is a full service environmental and safety services company with headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina. AES-DISAB, through a series of subsidiaries, provides services throughout the southern cone regions of Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. With specialized expertise in the energy sector, their clients include Texaco/Chevron, ExxonMobil, Petrobras Energia, Repsol-YPF, and Shell. ANGEL Ambiental  ANGEL was founded in 1998 and is one of the top five environmental consulting companies in Brazil. ANGEL’s focus is domestic and multinational petroleum clients and multinational industrial clients. BECO Group  Established in 1990, BECO Group is a consultancy firm based in the Netherlands, Belgium and South Africa with a team of more than 40 academically trained consultants with diverse backgrounds. The people-planet-profit aspects of sustainability are the cornerstones of the services and products provided. Delta Consultants, Inc.  Delta was founded in 1986 and was ranked number 57 on the Environmental News Record Top 200 Environmental Firms for 2004. Delta is 100% employee owned and is one of the top 15 environmental liability consultancies in the United States. Delta’s focus is multinational and domestic petroleum and industrial companies, and is positioned in the marketplace for the integration and delivery of strategic and implementation services. Delta-Simons Environmental Consultants  Delta-Simons was established in the UK in 1992 and is today one of the top five contaminated land consultancies in the UK and Ireland. Its clients include many of the UK's leading Investors and property developers. Delta-Simons has eight years of experience in global service delivery in the property, petroleum and industrial sectors. DGE Group  DGE Group was founded in 1985 in Denmark. In the start DGE was working with consulting for the mineral, oil and gas exploration business but soon environmental services was included and is today the primary service we deliver. DGE Group's home market is Scandinavia with our expansion market in the Baltic Sea Region but we also take part in international projects. DGE Group is operating from Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania with approximately 85 consultants in 10 office locations. Our primary resource is our devoted and skilled employees in our core competence areas, including Corporate Environmental Protection, Environmental Real Estate Assessments and Enginering. Environmental Centre IFPA  Environmental Centre IFPA (EC) is the premier HSE consultancy in Russia. The company has 15 years of successful project experience in dozens of regions in Russia and the Former Soviet Union, and offers a wide range of services throughout the project life cycle – from design through decommissioning. ESD China Limited  Established in 1998, ESD China Limited is a professional engineering and environmental service firm. Based in China, the firm is comprised of internationally experienced scientists, engineers and management professionals from North America, Europe and Greater China who provide consulting and representation services in the Greater China and Southeast Asia. Grupo Empresarial Energia y Medio Ambiente SA de CV (Genermasa)  Genermasa was founded in 1997 and has extensive experience in the fields of environmental, power and chemical engineering. Each of Genermasa's specialists has more than 15 years of experience in the metal mechanics, chemical, oil and pharmaceutical industries, and in the handling of hazardous residuals. Genermasa's services include environmental audits, waste management, soil restoration, and environmental impact assessments. GeoIngenieria S.A.  Established in 1989, GeoIngenieria provides a full range of environmental, health, safety, social and engineering services to both the private and public sectors, having successfully completed over a thousand projects in Colombia, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Ecuador. GeoIngenieria is headquartered in Bogota, Colombia, and has over 150 employees located in offices in Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Their primary focus is conducting environmental impact studies and providing environmental and engineering services to the energy sector. GeoIngenieria is ISO 9001 certified. HPC HARRESS PICKEL CONSULT AG  HPC was founded in 1949, and has been in the environmental business over 30 years. It is among the top 10 environmental services companies serving the industrial market in Europe. With a strong, established regional presence and a vehicle for serving multinational companies throughout Europe, HPC is expanding into the emerging economies of Eastern Europe as well. International Environmental Management (IEM)  IEM was formed in Bangkok in 1992. Their mission is to provide the most appropriate management, technological and scientifically proven solutions to the field of natural resource and environmental management. They provide international quality service throughout Thailand and Southeast Asia, and specialize in policy and regulatory support to governments and international clients. Inogen Middle East, Ltd.  Inogen Middle East provides comprehensive HSE services and delivers solutions tailored to local requirements. Oranjewoud  Based in the Netherlands and Belgium, Oranjewoud is one of this region’s largest suppliers of EHS services. The company was founded in 1951 and now has 1600 employees working in ten offices located throughout the BeNeLux countries. Oranjewoud provides services to both the public sector (ministries, provinces and municipalities), and private industry with clients that include BP, Shell, AKZO Nobel, Corus and Texaco/Chevron. Peter J Ramsay & Associates Pty Ltd  Peter J Ramsay & Associates Pty Ltd, established in 1988, is a firm of committed environmental professionals providing innovative and sustainable solutions to environmental challenges. Managing corporate environmental risks, sustainable development and transition to a carbon constrained economy are key practice areas for our multidisciplinary engineers and scientists. SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd.  Since it was established in 1991, SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. has successfully completed several thousand projects in Canada, the United States, Europe, and South America. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. has 190 employees located in 16 offices across Canada. This office matrix and allocation of its highly qualified staff of scientists and engineers, allows SLR to provide its clients with provincially-based, local expertise throughout Canada.
